- The package is damaged or in poor condition upon arrival.
- The wrong item was delivered.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges depend on your location and our company’s policy
- In some cases, we may cover the return cost; otherwise, the customer may need to bear the shipping expense.
