At Mirakush, we take great care in delivering premium-quality perfumes. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to assist with an exchange. 

Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The perfume bottle is broken or leaking.
  • The package is damaged or in poor condition upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Important Conditions

  • Exchanges are only available if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 2 to 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchange approval depends on the product condition and availability.

  • Contact Us Immediately – If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before opening or using the product.
  • Provide Proof – Share clear pictures or videos of the damaged item along with your order details.
  • Approval & Processing – Once reviewed, we will confirm the exchange process and shipping details.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges depend on your location and our company’s policy
  • In some cases, we may cover the return cost; otherwise, the customer may need to bear the shipping expense.
